The FBI’s White Crime Numbers Count More Than White Americans
Federal crime systems have long placed many Hispanics and people of Middle Eastern or North African origin inside the White category. The result is a body of arrest data routinely presented as “white crime” even though it does not isolate non-Hispanic white Americans.
